Grow smooth, crisp and tender white radishes with Radish White Long F1 Hybrid seeds. Ideal for pots, grow bags and gardens. Sow in Pakistan from September to November.
Radish White Long F1 Hybrid is a high-quality, fast-growing radish variety that produces long, smooth and attractive white roots with crisp texture and a mild, refreshing flavour. Its uniform root shape and vigorous growth make it an excellent choice for home gardeners, kitchen gardens and commercial cultivation.
This F1 hybrid variety performs best during Pakistan’s cooler months and can be grown successfully in garden beds, raised beds, containers and deep grow bags. With proper soil preparation, regular watering and timely harvesting, it produces tender, market-quality radishes suitable for salads, pickles, cooking and fresh consumption.

Best sowing season in Pakistan: September to November
Sow from September to November for the best growth and root development.
Use loose, fertile and well-drained soil. Remove stones, hard clods and undecomposed material, as these can cause forked or misshapen roots.
For containers or grow bags, use a mix of:
50% garden soil
30% well-rotted compost
20% cocopeat or river sand
Use a container or grow bag at least 12 inches deep.
Sow seeds directly where the plants will grow, as radishes do not respond well to transplanting.
Sowing depth: ½ inch
Plant spacing: 2–3 inches
Row spacing: 8–12 inches
Cover the seeds lightly with fine soil and water gently.
Seeds usually germinate within 3–7 days, depending on temperature and moisture.
Provide at least 5–6 hours of direct sunlight daily.
Keep the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Irregular watering can make roots tough, cracked or excessively pungent.
When seedlings develop their first true leaves, remove weak or crowded plants and maintain 2–3 inches of spacing between healthy plants.
Mix compost or well-rotted organic matter into the soil before sowing. Avoid excessive nitrogen fertilizer, as it encourages leafy growth instead of proper root formation.
Harvest when the roots reach their expected size and remain tender. Do not leave mature radishes in the soil for too long, as they may become fibrous, hollow or overly pungent.
For long, straight radishes, keep the soil soft and deep. Hard or stony soil can restrict root development and cause irregular shapes.
