Favorite is a cucumber variety originating from Azerbaijan and belongs to the species Cucumis sativus.
It develops vigorous trailing or climbing vines and produces green cucumbers suitable for harvesting while young and tender.
Its crisp texture makes the fruits particularly useful for pickling, while slightly larger fruits can also be harvested for fresh eating and salads.
Plants perform best in fertile soil with regular moisture, good sunlight and a trellis or netting system.
The variety is also officially listed as a cucumber cultivar named Favorit in Azerbaijan's agricultural variety records.
