Amaranthus Green is a fast-growing, leafy vegetable as well as grown as flowers. Perfect for home gardens and kitchen gardens in Pakistan. This variety includes both red and green amaranth, giving you a mix of vibrant foliage that is attractive and highly nutritious. The tender leaves are rich in vitamins, iron, fiber, and antioxidants - ideal for salads, saag, soups, and everyday cooking.
Amaranthus is easy to grow, heat-tolerant, and produces a continuous harvest, making it an excellent choice for beginners and experienced gardeners.
The growing season for amaranth seeds (both red and green) in Pakistan is primarily during the warm months, with two main sowing periods: February - April (spring) and July - August (monsoon). Amaranthus thrives in warm conditions and can be planted from mid-spring to early summer, with the best sowing times being early spring and the monsoon season for quick germination and growth in Pakistan's climate.
