During warmer weather, light afternoon shade helps protect tender leaves and maintain their quality.

Harvest larger outer leaves first while keeping the central growing point intact.
Both the attractive red stalks and nutritious green leaves are edible.
Regular harvesting encourages continuous fresh leaf production over an extended growing period.
Mix GREEN GARDENS Vermicompost into the soil before sowing.
Apply moderate balanced nutrition during active leafy growth.
Additional vermicompost may be applied after repeated harvesting when necessary.
Avoid excessive fertilization, particularly heavy nitrogen applications.
