1. Soil:
Well-drained, fertile soil enriched with organic compost. Ideal pH: 6.0–7.0.
2. Sowing Time (Pakistan):
Best sown from March to June for summer harvests.
3. Sowing Method:
Sow seeds 1–2 cm deep in seed trays or directly in prepared soil.
Maintain spacing of 30–45 cm between plants and 60–75 cm between rows.
Provide full sunlight for vigorous growth.
4. Watering:
