Avoid:
Heavy compact soil
Poor drainage
Continuous waterlogging
Celosia cristata seeds are very small.
Surface sow or cover only very lightly with fine growing medium.
Do not sow deeply.
Keep the growing medium:
Lightly and consistently moist until germination.
Once seedlings are established and large enough to handle, transplant carefully into their final pots, grow bags or flower beds.
Avoid disturbing the roots unnecessarily during transplanting.
