  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across Pakistan.

  • International Orders: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details after successful checkout.

  • Vendor-Direct Items: Some products may ship directly from our partner artisans or vendors. This may result in multiple packages for a single order.

3. Shipping Methods & Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via reputable courier services.

  • Shipping Charges: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

  • Free Shipping: Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on selected items or minimum order values. Check banners or product pages for updates.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

  • Other Areas: 3-7 business days, depending on location and courier service.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer for remote or hard-to-access areas.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided).

  • You can track your parcel on the courier’s website or contact our team for updates.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed/Lost Shipments: If your order is delayed or not received within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address before confirming your order. Green Gardens is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
