Bulbs prefer slightly acidic to neutral soil (pH 6.0–7.0).
2. Planting Method:
Plant bulbs with the pointed end facing upwards.
Depth: 5–8 cm below the soil surface.
Space bulbs 10–15 cm apart for healthy growth.
3. Sunlight:
Requires full sun to partial shade (4–6 hours of sunlight daily).
4. Watering:
Water moderately during growth and flowering.
Reduce watering after flowering and during dormancy.
5. Care:
Fertilize lightly during the growing season to promote blooms.
Allow foliage to die back naturally after flowering to feed the bulbs for next season.
6. Blooming:
Flowers usually appear late summer to early autumn, producing vibrant red, spider-like blooms that last for several weeks.
