  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, perishable plants, or items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Confirmation: Our team will verify your request and guide you on the return process.

  3. Shipping: You may be asked to send the item back to our address. Please ensure it is packed securely.

  4. Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

  • Full Refund: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases (e.g., item not in original condition), a partial refund may be granted.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • Exchanges: We offer replacements for eligible damaged or defective items.
