Zucchini Dark Green Italian/French market-garden zucchini variety known for its deep dark green, smooth, cylindrical fruits. It is a vigorous, reliable, and productive plant that produces abundant harvests over a long period. The fruits are tender, non-bitter, and ideal for fresh cooking. Both the zucchini and its large yellow flowers are edible and widely used in Mediterranean cuisine (grilled, steamed, stuffed, in ratatouille, soups, and fritters).
This variety is rustic, re-growing (continuous producer), and well adapted for open-field cultivation.
