10 Seeds in the pack
Tasbeeh Dana (Job’s Tears) is a beautiful and unique ornamental grass, known for its glossy, tear-shaped seeds that resemble prayer beads. These natural, pearl-like grains are traditionally used for making tasbeehs (rosaries), jewelry, and decorative crafts. Apart from its cultural and ornamental use, it’s also valued as a hardy grass that adds texture and charm to gardens.
This plant thrives in warm climates like Pakistan and grows quickly, producing tall green stems with bead-like seeds that harden and turn silvery-grey when mature. A perfect choice for gardeners who love plants with both beauty and purpose.
1. Soil:
Prefers well-drained, fertile soil enriched with compost or organic matter.
2. Sowing Time:
Best sown in spring to early summer (February–June) when temperatures are warm.
3. Sowing Method:
Soak seeds in water for 12–24 hours before planting to speed up germination.
Sow directly in the ground or pots about 1 inch (2.5 cm) deep.
Keep spacing of 10–12 inches between plants.

Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Job’s Tears enjoys humid conditions.
