Spinach F1 Hybrid (Broad Leaf) is a high-yielding, fast-growing variety known locally as پالک. It produces large, tender, and dark green leaves ideal for cooking, salads, soups, and traditional dishes.

1. Soil:
Well-drained, fertile soil enriched with compost or organic matter. Ideal pH: 6.0–7.0.
2. Sowing Time (Pakistan):
Best sown from October to March for cool-season growth.
3. Sowing Method:
Sow seeds 0.5–1 cm deep in seed trays, nursery beds, or directly in garden soil.
Thin seedlings to 10–15 cm apart for optimal growth.
Keep soil evenly moist during germination and early growth.
4. Sunlight:
Requires full sun to partial shade for tender leaves and healthy growth.
5. Watering:
Water regularly; maintain consistent soil moisture to prevent leaf bitterness.
6. Germination:
Seeds germinate in 7–10 days under optimal conditions.

Remove yellow or damaged leaves to maintain quality.
8. Harvesting:
