The Tomato Stupice (Heirloom Variety) is a famous early-bearing tomato from Czechoslovakia, prized for its rich flavor, early harvest, and cold tolerance. These premium heirloom seeds produce small to medium-sized red tomatoes that are juicy, sweet, and slightly tangy — perfect for salads, sandwiches, and sauces. Known for its consistent yield and reliability, Stupice tomatoes grow well in Pakistan’s varied climate, making it an excellent choice for home gardeners who want fresh, organic produce straight from their garden.
Benefits:
Early maturing heirloom variety with excellent flavor.
Suitable for both cool and warm climates of Pakistan.
High-yielding, continuous fruit production.
Ideal for pots, kitchen gardens, and open fields.
Perfect balance of sweetness and acidity for fresh use or cooking.
Use well-draining, fertile soil rich in organic matter. Mix compost or manure before planting to improve soil nutrients.
In Pakistan, the best sowing period is January to April for spring crops and July to September for autumn crops, depending on your region.
Sow seeds ¼ inch deep in seed trays or small pots. Keep them in a warm, sunny place until germination occurs (in 6–10 days).
When seedlings reach 4–6 inches tall, transplant them to larger pots or garden beds, spacing plants 18–24 inches apart.
Keep soil evenly moist but avoid overwatering. Water deeply 2–3 times a week.
Tomato Stupice requires 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily for best growth and fruiting.
Apply organic compost or balanced NPK fertilizer every 15–20 days during the growing season.
Fruits are ready to harvest 60–70 days after transplanting. Pick when tomatoes turn bright red for the sweetest flavor.
