Pepperoni (Hot Pepper) F1 Hybrid – تیز لال مرچ is a premium hybrid chili variety known for its high yield, uniform fruits, and intense heat. It produces long, slender, glossy red peppers that mature from deep green to bright red, adding both color and spice to your dishes.
This variety is ideal for sauces, pickles, and dried chili powder, offering a rich flavor and strong pungency. The plant is vigorous, disease-resistant, and productive, suitable for both home gardens and commercial cultivation.
1. Soil:
Well-drained, fertile loamy soil enriched with compost or organic matter. pH 6.0–7.0.
2. Sowing Time (Pakistan):
Spring–Summer Crop: January to April
Autumn Crop: July to September (in warm areas)
3. Sowing Method:
Sow seeds ¼ inch (0.5 cm) deep in seed trays or pots.
Transplant seedlings after 4–5 weeks when 5–6 inches tall.
Space plants 18 inches apart, rows 2.5 feet apart.
4. Watering:
Water moderately and keep soil moist but not soggy. Avoid overwatering to prevent root rot.
5. Sunlight:
Needs full sun (6–8 hours daily) for maximum fruiting.
6. Germination Time:
8–12 days under warm conditions (25–30°C).
7. Harvesting:
Fruits are ready in 70–85 days after transplanting. Pick when fully red for best flavor and spice level. Regular harvesting encourages more fruiting.
