Peppermint (Mentha piperita) is a highly aromatic and fast-growing perennial herb, valued for its refreshing fragrance and cooling flavor. It produces lush green leaves rich in natural menthol, widely used in teas, drinks, desserts, herbal remedies, and culinary dishes. Peppermint is also known for its digestive and soothing properties.
This herb grows very well in Pakistan’s climate and is easy to cultivate from seed in pots, containers, or garden beds, making it ideal for home gardens, balconies, and kitchen gardens.

Prefers partial sun to full sun. Best growth with 4–6 hours of sunlight daily.
