DUBAI F1 is a premium white eggplant (brinjal) variety producing beautiful teardrop-shaped, creamy white fruits with a sweet, mild flavor and very tender flesh. This unique hybrid is perfect for harvesting as baby vegetables or allowing to grow to full size. Compared to traditional purple brinjal, White Star is less bitter, softer in texture, and highly versatile in cooking. The plant is vigorous, easy to grow, and sets most of its crop at one time, making harvesting simple and uniform.
