Growing Instructions

1. Sunlight
Requires full sun to partial shade. Best flowering with 6–8 hours of sunlight daily.

2. Soil
Well-drained, fertile soil enriched with compost or organic matter
Ideal pH range: 6.5 – 7.0

3. Seed Preparation
Soak seeds in water for 12–24 hours before sowing to soften the hard seed coat and improve germination.

4. Sowing Method
Sow seeds in pots or directly in garden beds
Plant seeds 0.5–1 cm deep
Maintain 30–45 cm spacing between plants
Germination usually takes 10–21 days, depending on temperature

5. Watering
Water lightly after sowing
Keep soil slightly moist during germination
After establishment, water 2–3 times per week, avoiding waterlogging

6. Support
Provide strong trellis, netting, fence, or bamboo sticks as the vine climbs rapidly using tendrils.

7. Fertilizer
Mix compost or well-rotted manure into soil before planting
Apply balanced fertilizer (NPK 10-10-10) every 3–4 weeks
