Chicory Rossa/ Radicchio is an Italian leafy vegetable famous for its striking deep red leaves and white veins. It has a slightly bitter, crisp flavor that becomes sweeter and more delicate in cool weather.
Used in gourmet salads, stir-fries, grilling, and Italian dishes, Radicchio adds color, nutrition, and a delicious flavor contrast.
This variety forms compact, firm heads with beautiful coloring—perfect for home gardens, kitchen gardens, and winter-season growing in Pakistan.
