Best Time to Sow in Pakistan:
October to February
Thrives in cool temperatures (10°C – 20°C)
Performs best in winter and early spring
Heat reduces flower quality and plant vigor
Use well-drained, fertile soil enriched with organic compost
Ideal soil pH: 6.0 – 7.0
Remove weeds and loosen soil before sowing
Sow seeds directly on soil surface or lightly cover with 0.5 cm soil
Keep soil moist but not waterlogged
Germination takes 7–14 days
Water regularly to keep soil evenly moist
Avoid waterlogging to prevent root rot
Requires full sun (6 hours or more) for best flowering
Can tolerate light shade but flowers less
